Most recently at IHG, I was part of the team building Wilson, the design system behind 26+ hotel brands, designing components, motion, and tools for prototyping in code. Before that, I led UX/UI for three security features in Verizon Protect, and UI and visual systems at Wheels Up through its IPO.
I use code and AI to get to something real sooner, so teams test ideas early and engineering starts with interactions it can build from. AI makes it easy to make things look finished. What still matters is judgment: understanding the people, the problem, and the system it lives in.
